Customer service and complaints
We hope that your experience of the Nest scheme will be positive but we know there is always room for improvement so returning your customer satisfaction questionnaire after your inspection is complete really helps us
However, if you feel dissatisfied in any way our Customer Liaison Team can be contacted on Freephone 0800 294 1945, by email at email@example.com, or at the postal address above. We will respond to your query within 24hours of receiving it. If your complaint has not been resolved within five working days, they will contact you again to advise you of the actions they have are taking and will continue to keep in touch with you until the complaint has been resolved.
