As a partner, working closely in communities across Wales, you will come across people who need help making their homes warmer and more affordable to heat.

Nest work in partnership with local authorities, health boards, charities and community organisations across Wales to help reach households who may benefit from our advice and support.

We have Partnership Development Managers who can provide training sessions and presentations to help your team to understand the support that Nest can provide. 

We have a range of useful resources to download that can help you promote the Nest scheme.

You can also request an event pack to help publicise Nest at your location or public event which includes leaflets, leaflets holders and posters.

Applying on someone’s behalf

We understand that many people find it difficult to communicate via the Nest telephone advice line.

We want to make sure that everyone has access to help from Nest, particularly those people in vulnerable circumstances. We work with partner organisations and agencies to help reach people with specific needs and help them to benefit from the free home energy efficiency improvements that Nest offers.

If you want to find out how to help someone with a Nest application, please contact your local Partnership Development Manager.

Nest Partner Portal

The Nest Partner Portal makes it easy for you to complete an application on behalf of your client(s) and track its progress.

Upon signing up to the portal, you will be provided with unique login details and free training on how to use it. On-going support is offered and our Partnership Development Managers are always at hand to answer any queries you may have.

Nest Partner App

We also have a smartphone app through which you can register as a partner and refer people to the scheme for support. The app transfers encrypted data to the Nest team and does not store data on your phone.

How can Nest help?
